Clen
Hey guys i'm thinking of starting a cycle of Clen . I'm 22 this yr so i'm not sure if i should wait a couple more years or begin.
If i do take it i'll be doing 2wks on 2wks off . Along with a carb cycling diet .

Can I ask as to why you want to take Clen ? Do you know its sides?

Clens side effects include - high blood pressure, shaking, headaches, cramps, insomnia and increased heart rate/palpitations
I'm thinking of going on it for a 12 week cut.

i suggest run it two weeks on two off. im doing that 1 week in today. and carb cycling. so far havent noticed anything

Nice, that's how i plan to do it. How is ur dosing? Do you do it the same way as i do?

You may want to taper down at the end of your cycle also. Even if you only do it over a few days. But 2 on 2 off is a good idea.

have you tried anything less extreme? Clen is some harsh stuff and if you haven't given OTC thermogenics or ECA a try maybe they would be all you need along with the right diet

agreed, clen is real harsh, also at 120 i think it's too much

Ephedrine will increase your body metabolism by 3%, Clen by 10% and DHT by 30%. Depending on your tolerance you can ramp clen by 20mcg each couple of days. Taper down at the end so you don't go cold turkey. You can take T3 along with Clen if you're on AAS. T3 can be metabolic, depending on dosage so it's good to supplement with AAS. I'm going to run a Clen/T4 and see how it works. You can also run Keto along with Clen so you don't have to wait the 2 weeks to reset your receptors. I've read a lot of guys run Keto/Clen for 30 to 40 days in a row. Have fun.

im doing it simaliar but i got on how i feel if i have to many cramps that day i will use same dosage and then maybe go up. im on 120mcg now. i wont go higher. and i will taper down. e.g. 20mcg lower each day for about 4 days.
i have dropped BF on this with carb cycling. mates have noticed
