    first cycle

    hey well this is my first post im a member of a few car forums soo im ready to get flamed its ok it happens well im 24 weigh 170 height 5'11" been working out for about 2 years i used to weigh 220 hated being fat when i was young you know how that goes...

    well now that im skinny i cant seem to get bigger so im going down this road i dont really know to many people where i live at i just moved 2 florida 4 months ago and was able to to my hands on 2 bottles of tren E and 2 of Equipoise i know im gunna need some more eq but its what i have at the moment

    Ive done what research i can find but i rather just see what you guys have to say how should i run this cycle? if its even a good cycle btw i want to run it for 12 weeks and is there anything i should do after it i saw a few threads that people took some supplements or something afterwards again im a newbee to this so any advice/help is greatly appreciated

    your far from running a cycle man you need to gain some good weight naturally.

    First thing spend some time on this site and do some research. The supps that you are talking about after your cycle is called pct and there is a ton of info on here to get you through. Also I would not run tren e for my first cycle it is strong and would not run it with out some kind of test anyways. Like bipennnn said take some time get your diet right and gain some weight first remember with out a good diet you can take all the gear you want and still wont gain any quality muscle. Good luck.

    the advice given has been positive. no one is dogging you at all. you need to hit the diet forum and get to eating the right way first. food, food and more food is what you need, juice is for once you hit a plateau and feel you cant gain anymore. you need to eat and lift the right way for a while and see where you end up, nce you get to a point you feel you cant grow no more thats when you consider going the aas route. and im sure many will agree...tren is definitely NOT the way to go for a first cycle!!!! when that time comes start off with some good ol test e, and the "supps" after are pct as jla said, depending what you take for how long will depend on what pct you will need.

    but at 5'11 and 170 you definitely have A LOT of natural growth potential in you, and no it doesnt have to be fat. if you eat and train right you can definitely get some great gains. im 5'11, and right now am a bloated 235. but walked around at 205-210 regularly with around 7-8% bodyfat without any aas.

    I see all positive advice... and good advice at that. Also don't run Tren your first cycle.... not a good idea at all.

    I suggest you change your diet right now and put on another 15-20lbs naturally of muscle before you consider any sort of steroid . And tren is bad for a first cycle. Do what you have to do to gain it, cut cardio down, diet better, get more sleep at night, tweak with your workout, etc.

    thanks very much everyone i plan on working out and eating right for the next 2 months and see where i end up then i have my mind set on doing my first cycle which i guess im gunna do test only for 6 weeks would that be good for a first cycle? does anyone know where i can get pct? i dont know many people in florida since i just moved here and have problems getting stuff since im a new face

    also since i cant get test locally what do u guys think of z-line test e?

    wk 1-4 dbol 40mg ed
    wk 1-10 test e 500/wk

    2 weeks after last shot for a month
    Clomid 50mg ed
    or
    Nolva 20mg ed

    now my most important questions how to store the tren and eq i already have and is z-line any good? anyone?

    Going to need to edit that out. You can't name products/labs per board rules.
    Cycle looks fine. Might want to drop the DBol since you probably won't need it. Also, make sure a vet in the Diet forum gives you a thumbs up, and that you have the dedication to eat as suggested, or you are wasting your time.
    Also, for PCT, the first week you can double the dose fine.

    2 Months is nothing for dieting. Try one year. You are not ready for steroids and you don't even know any of the compounds and you haven't put any time into independent research. Your setting yourself up for failure. How old are you ?

    i wouldnt put a time span on it period. just once you truly start dieting and lifting fully right, after a while when you get to a point you feel you are plateauing that when you should start considering aas. at 5'11, i would try to hit 200+ and under 10% bf, that is very much achievable fairly easily, before ever considering the aas.
