We all workout like animals.. That's obvious.. But what do you all think about HIT, High Intensity Training while on lets say, just Test Ethanate.. I sometimes always worry about about it, but then think about all the athletes..

I bike a lot for my cardio and sometimes I do long rides during the weekend.. and can sustain 60-70% MHR for a while.. Do you think its really something to worry about? As long as my BP and levels are in check..
