There is no either/or. HCG does not replace PCT SERMS, only aids in recovery by making your testies more receptive to the LH signals once you start PCT.

thanks for the reply i understand it is not a replacement but how necessary is it.....iv read its best on cycle instead of pct is this correct?

Perfect!
Stop HCG 4 days prior to PCT.
8 week PCT is aggressive as u say.
For a 10 week E cycle, a standard 4 week PCT should do the job, unless have other issues.

but what would u dose it at
1-12test e
5-13 hcg ...?
14-17 or 14-19 pct
how much hcg and how do u even do those because it says they come at 5000iu and some solution how are people gettin 250 iu ? dont know much about hcg at all as u can tell

HCG will maintain testicular size and function while on cycle, it of great benefit to use ON cycle and will aid recovery, small amount during the cycle of 250ius 2/3 x weekly will be fine.
