Getting back in the saddle after 7 years.

Hey Thanks for taking the time on this..

I’m looking to get back in the saddle again. I used to lift fairly heavy 6-7 years ago since then I’ve been off and on mostly off. Here are my stats
    Stats
    age: 30
    height:6.0
    weight:250
body fat %: Kind of Fat right now not sure the %
diet: so/so (will be tip top before I start)

So this is my background when I was younger 23-25 I did a few shitty cycles I say shitty because I was not educated at all on what I was doing. I got Gynecomastia pretty bad from just running Test and Deca 200 and not ever doing any PST. Call me all the names you want I agree. (I may go into surgery for it soon haven’t decided yet)

Well times have changed and I now have access to the right education and plenty of money to get back into it and to make sure I have all the right gear this time around. I will get back into lifting shape over the next 3 months before I start and will weigh about 230 but I have some questions.

    So my questions are this

    1. What cycle should I start with? Should I just do a beginners cycle and start from scratch? Or with my age and history should I do for another cycle?

    2. Is there anything that would decrease the Gynecomastia I have now?

    Thanks.

here are a few links that you may find helpful,

    Test beginner cycle info

i think you should stick to something like that for this cycle

Running Letro reversals, preventing gyno, and everthing inbetween

    Gyno Reversal
All you need to know about GYNO.

I would not run a cycle till you get to 14% bf or below for health reasons, and you may want to decide if you are going to pull the trigger on the gyno surgery. Because if i was doing it i would have the gyno surgery first then lift for a few more months then run a cycle since you will have some down time healing from the surgery. Dont want to get in the swing of things then have to take another break. Good luck.

    up date

ok I wanted to give a up date and to bump this for my sake.

Im getting back in shape AND im taking a little HGH.

Im getting ready to order some gear. I want just wondering if everyone agrees that I should do a beginner stack as its been so long as stated above?

    Thanks

There is no rush to order gear. The second you have it in your hands your going to want start pinning the next morning and that's why you run into problems X weeks in because you didn't plan properly. If you already have Gynecomastia then you need to correct / reverse it before you cycle otherwise you can just make the problem significantly worse. Secondly, if your just starting to seriously lift again you need to give yourself a few months to get use to the weights again and look at perfecting your technique. All it takes is one misstep to critically injure yourself or pull a tendon/ligament. Finally, if your bodyfat% is high you definitely need to lower it to the 12-14% range before doing a cycle. Estrogen automatizes in adipose tissue (fat), so the more you have, the more likely estrogen related side effects are to occur (e.g. - Gynecomastia)

Basically, fix your diet and build a better base along with getting back into a training routine, and reverse/remove your Gyno problem before you cycle. All of the dieting information you need can be found in the stickies of the diet section. You can also read my thread here:

    Thanks Windex-

    2 questions.

    1. You say "reverse/remove your Gyno problem" can it really be reversed? I have head so much conflicting stuff on this that surgery is the only way.
    2. on Body Fat %.. do you also agree with a little Clen as well to help out with this?

    also

"The second you have it in your hands your going to want start pinning the next morning" haha so true isn't it? lol.

Sorry haven't been on much anymore.

    1. You could talk to Swifto or another vet about reversing gyno using Tamoxifen and other SERM's as I am not the expert.

    2. Clen would be alright to use, although many think it's useless for what's advertised. just do your research ahead of time on dosing and supplementation.

What about a beginner cycle ? Just test? I'm cool with that if so. Just want a good beginner one and reading them all.
