Hey ya'll lookin to start my first cycle with DECA 300 and SUST 250.
Stats 6'1 230 38" waist ive been training hard for 3+ years now with a reg diet of 4000 plus calories a day eggs, tuna, shakes, vegetables, rice all the good stuff just getting ready for the day where i cant take it to the next level i feel as though im starting to plateau at the gym 6/wk and have just been toning and regulating for this ten wk cycle im about to do. Any tips? Advice?
