    Question about HCG I picked up and preggo test.

    I made a batch 5000iu to 1ml and tested on a preggo test. Came out negative is this bunk gear?

    Would be nice if a Mod could pm me for a check I know I don't have enough posts.

    There are two variables in that equation. The pregnancy test could be bad as well. Just sayin'.

    I always thought pregnancy tests tested for the chorion of a fertilized egg, not for the presence of HCG . I know HCG is obtained from urine of pregnant women (I think?) but I am not totally positive thats what the pregnancy test tests for.

    The bad part is the package is legit looking. The ampules are well constructed with rings. I injected one before I tested...=/

    pregnancy test check for the presence of hCG ... that's why you can use pregnancy test to see if hCG is legit....

    but you cannot test for potency, so a 10,000IU kit could actually contain only 5,000IU (hypothetically)
