First time user what do you guys recommend.
I've been researching these forums day and night to get as much knowledge as I can.
My stats are 6"2 210 10%bf I've been lifting for 5 years on and off.I started lifting again but this time at an actual gym and not my garage.What do you guys recommend as my very first cycle and try to explain them to me in detail.I'm still learning on the abbreviation you guys use. thanks.

It all depends to be honest, if you dont mind the idea of jabbin yourself then go for it, if not you can always go with some Dbol and restandol, im currently cycling it at the moment, have seen 5 pounds weight gain so far and some serious strenght gains, between 5 - 10 kg increases on most weights, machines

testosterone enanthate . run 400-500mg a week. when you get it, it will most likely be 250mg per ml. so if you go 500mg per week then your best bet is to do 2 one ml (cc) injections per week, most do it on monday a thursday. That is really all i suggest running on a 1st cycle. If you dont like pinning yourself, look into anavar . You should post your diet, what youre trying to do etc...are you wanting to put on hard mass? cut up? bulk up? gain strength? what?

Post your diet first, that is probably your problem. You might not even need steroids yet.

Bro for your 1st cycle only use 1 compound.That way if something gives you a bad reaction.You know wat it is.300 mgs is a good starting pointREAD the stickys on beginners cycles it will save you some greef.Get a good diet.Anything you need is here.Any questions ask Matt Haz or Marcus on 1 timers cycles.A lot of guys do things different than we here recommend here at AR.But its for your safty.Good luck.

ok thanks guys I'll take your advise Anyone else have any more advise?.And I want to get cut/bulk up nothing massive.I will get pics asap also my diet

Test prop 75mg ed for 8 weeks. If you don't mind the injections. I found if I shot before workout of the body part I was working I had no pain pretty much just rotated sites
Then pct of nova at 40/40/20/20 and hcg at 250iu 2x week from week 2-10.. that along with a good diet and workouts you would get some good gains

The pct depends on it cycle regarding when u start it.
I recommend nolva and hcg for a test only cycle
