    1st cycle need some advise please

    hey guy ive been training for about 3 yrs at a plateau. i live in Sydney Australia
    B/W 92 Kgs
    B/F 8
    training 3 yr
    cycle none

    i have been researching this topic for about a good 1.5 yr and ive decided its time ive lost relationships due to the gym and my diet not taking my woman out to dinner because i cant eat there so wats the point of me going. im now single again and i can devote all of my time to the gym and sleep.

    i want to run this cycle im i need of any help you can assist me with.
    how do you initiate the conversation without looking like a undrD.
    week 1-4

    Test E 500mg
    Dbol 30mg

    week 4-8

    Test E 600mg
    Dbol 50mg

    week 8-10

    Test E 500mg
    Dbol 50mg

    week 10-12

    Dbol 30mg
    Hcg 600ui
    nolv 40mg

    week 12-18

    Hcg 600ui
    nolva 40mg

    does anyone have any suggestions

    My suggestions are to wait for a few more years since you are only 22.(24-25 is standard) Can I see a bit of that 8 percent bodyfat? Also dosing is off a bit as well; but will not explain that due to age and not promoting you to do something that you shouldn't be doing.

    wait for 1 more year i stated after 23 + the dosage is high considering it your first cyle use no more than 500mg/ week , for first cycle its enough to spin u right up

    dont use dbol more than 6 weeks , use liv 52 with it and also increase hcg from 600 iu to 1000iu for first shot and then for second use 500iu

    most important lots of chicken , fish eggs and protein , heavy ass workout the key ingredient for muscle building

    Wait till your at least 25. Don't pyramid your Test. Keep it constant throughout the cycle to maintain a constant blood concentration level. Increasing/decreasing Test during your cycle could bring on more sides. Dump everything except for the Test for your first cycle. HCG is used during the cycle 250iu twice a week and stop after your last Test injection. Wait till you're 25, you won't regret it.

    Wait until you are at least 24.You can mess up your endo system.Do more research on beginners cycles also.mean time hit the diet section.Good luck

    A bunch of people saying to wait. I agree. However, since I didn't I'll give you some advice if you aren't going to wait. Don't taper your test. Keep it constant all the way through. I wouldn't run dbol longer than 4 weeks. PCT is not good. Do a little more research and post up a new proposed cycle with a proper pct. You should try to learn EVERYTHING you can about these things you plan on putting into your body. It's not magic.
