When should you cut?
I'm at 18% BF and about to finish up my first cycle. Looking at a 27 pound gain.
Should I cut after PCT naturally?
Should I cut one month after PCT is over naturally?
Should I try to continue gaining off cycle and cut on my next cycle?
Some have said you shouldn't cut naturally if you are a user because you will waste your gains? I'm not sure what to do. What do you guys think works best for maximizing gains and minimizing muscle loss?

Its all up to you, and your goals. but personally i would cut if i was around 18%.
Dont try cut during pct, as you are trying to hold on to your gains as much as possible and it can be very hard.
Cut after pct. you could add somthing like clen to help you cut and maintain size.

I would wait until after PCT to cut. You can cut naturally and still hold gains with a good diet and smart cardio schedule. The addition of clen can be a good choice as well to help hold onto to muscle. Best thing you can do, dont get to 18% bodyfat next time and you wont have to deal with this problem.

i agree with fireguy, you shouldnt have gotten that fat while being on a cycle. you should have stayed lean while using. learn from this mistake and next time be lean before you start and stay lean throughout the cycle

just curious, did your body fat go up or down from the cycle? and like it has been said above, wait to cut until you have finished your pct. it will be a lot easier on your body and a lot easier on your muscle gains

This all goes back to your diet during cycle. If it stays clean at all times, you never have to worry about 'cutting'. This whole bulk idea that people have about eating whatever you want does NOTHiNG good. I use to do this and was always shifting: bulk, cut, bulk, cut, etc... Once i realized how much smarter not to mention easier it was to just eat clean throughout, everything became so much better. Im sorry but burgers and pizzas have absolutely no place in a bodybuilders diet...even if youre 'bulking'.

Bodyfat is staying the same on cycle. I started at 18% and am around the same currently which means I probably did gain some fat but not enough to up the percentage.
I will start cut after PCT then with albuterol, green tea, cardio. Will keep carbs morning and post workout only.

Seems we have had a lot of guys who seem to be doing the dirty bulk and cycling at high BF lately/again. Personally I dont get it unless it's for strength gains alone and they/you dont care about looks or you like the Pillsbury dough boy look.
