First Cycle, Critique me please

I am 24 years old, 6' 200 pounds at about 15% body fat. I will be cutting until July where I aim to be 9% and then want to bulk on this cycle. How does everything look?

Weeks 1-4: Test E 250mg twice a week, D-bol 30mg ED, HCG 250iu twice a week

Weeks 4-7: Test E 250mg twice a week, HCG 250iu twice a week

Weeks 8-12: Test E 250mg twice a week, Anavar 60mg ED, HCG 250iu twice a week

Weeks 13-14: Anavar 60mg ED, HCG 500iu ED

Aromasin 12.5mg ED on cycle Weeks 1-14

PCT:
Nolvadex 40mg ED/40/20/20/10 wks 14-18
Aromasin 25mg ED/25/25/25/25/12.5 wks 14-19

Is the HCG set up correctly?

Do I need Clomid for PCT, or is Aromasin fine?

I am 24 years old, 6' 200 pounds. Coming off a dirty bulk where I bulked to 220 and got fatter than I would have liked. I'm at probably 15% bodyfat right now and plan on cutting until the start of July, where I hope to be 9%.

At the start of July, I aim to begin my first ever cycle, and from my research I've done, I have it mapped out like this at this point.

Cycle:

Week 1: Test E 500mg (250 twice a week)
Week 2: Test E 500mg (250 twice a week)
Week 3: Test E 500mg (250 twice a week)
Week 4: Test E 500mg (250 twice a week)
Week 5: Test E 500mg (250 twice a week)
Week 6: Test E 500mg (250 twice a week)
Week 7: Test E 500mg (250 twice a week)
Week 8: Test E 500mg (250 twice a week)
Week 9: Test E 500mg (250 twice a week), Anavar 60mg ED
Week 10: Test E 500mg (250 twice a week), Anavar 60mg ED
Week 11: Test E 500mg (250 twice a week), Anavar 60mg ED
Week 12: Test E 500mg (250 twice a week), Anavar 60mg ED
Week 13: Anavar 60mg ED
Week 14: Anavar 60mg ED

PCT:

Week 15: Clomid 50mg ED
Week 16: Clomid 50mg ED
Week 17: Clomid 25mg ED
Week 18: Clomid 25mg ED

Arimidex .5 EOD on cycle
Letrozole on hand in case of gyno (how much do I need?)


Also, do you recommend HCG during cycle for this cycle? I'd like to keep the pinning to a minimum, but I'll do it if it's best for my health.

Since I plan on being lean at the start of this cycle, I aim to bulk with this cycle, while not gaining too much fat. You think the anavar is a good idea for bulking, or should I throw it out of this cycle?

I think most people would recommend cycling with only one compound (preferably test) for your first cycle. In the case of doing a one compound cycle of a test e, your pct looks a little too intense for a rather mild cycle. I recommend starting PCT two weeks after your last injection, and 4 weeks should do the trick. In your case of using nolva and clomid it would look something like this for nolva 40/40/20/20 and clomid 100/100/50/50. Also, every time I have seen AI's brought up, the usual recommendation is to only use them if you start to see estrogen side affects bc not everyone had sides, so you have to see how it reacts with your body.

If I can do just Clomid, that would be good, because I heard Nolva is really harsh.

Considering throwing D-Bol in for the first 4 weeks. Is 20mg ED a high enough dosage? Will I need to tweak PCT accordingly, or change anti-estrogen on cycle?

Hcg is a great idea. i believe it really helps with recovery.

250iu X 2 a week if it will help why not do it?

For sure add the hcg as big ron saidm and even though its your first cycle I see no problem throwing in the var at the end like that. Good luck bro nice to see someone who has done their research.

you are probably better off with your original pct of nolva and clomid. as far as your concerns about the "harshness" of nolva, i think you have clomid and nolva confused. clomid is the one that normally draws attention when speaking about sides.

On my next cycle I will be adding Anavar too but for my first 6 weeks, then I am looking in to Masteron for my last 6. Summer's gonna be here before you know it. Haha
