    Creatine?

    What do you guys think about doing creatine while doing a cycle?

    Creatine is great stuff to use during any cycle.

    do you guys cycle creatine? it is liver toxic after long use ?i run it all the time i think i better take a break..

    I use it during my off cycle times to keep water in the muscle in hopes that'll it help keep some more size. On cycle it I dont use it, to help dry me out a lil bit. Currently only using whats in my PWO drink, Jack3d

    I save all the creatine and pre workout drinks for post cycle.

    Haven't really noticed to much from creatine but ill just keep on taking it.

    I don't do creatine during cycle. I get pretty vascular with AAS and the creatine seems to make me break out in hives every so often. I just dropped creatine all together. I just take supplements and HGH year round.

    thx for that article bro mad read !!, question about simple carbs for post workout tho,, some ppl say waxy maze is better for creotine post workout and dextrose is better with protein?? does it make a difference which carb u use with ur protein / creotine post workout? and also some people say to take ur creotine first with the simple carb then wait 15-20min and have ur protein for post workout?
