hey guys, this is my first post here..
i was talkin to PLJay yesterday and he was going on about this 5/45 (or somethign, i dont remember cause i was on the bike) ramping up on t3.. since the search engine wont let you put t3 in i was wondering if maybe someone could help me out and explain this..

It is 5%/45%/55% (% time) tapper (up/max/down) that is the scheme for your cycle. You adjust the time to match how long you want to run the cycle. It is what I have used and like it. BTW you can search for T3 if you Type T3*. It is a wildcharacter.

so the doses are the same for each day?

No you tapper them up and down they can be the same for a few days (mainly on the tapper down cycle) and for the max period but other than that they should be changed. I suggest searching there are a lot of peoples exact cycles on here.
