Who has seborrheic dermatitis and cycles?

Specifically on your face.. Does running a cycle make your dermatitis worse?

Nope. You can manage it but mine flares up once or twice a month. Sometimes it will be much worse. Tanning/sun and low stress helps a lot. Clean diet and vitamins, gallon if water a day and no dairy as that seems to be a trigger for me.

I have the kind that results in dry skin, some people have very oily skin from SD. It's almost like my skin makes no oil. I never get pimples on my face tho.
