    What's wrong and what can i do to fix it?

    My right pectoral muscle seems a lot "fuller" and the nipple is kind of on top of the corner of the muscle whereas my left pectoral seems noticeably smaller, the nipple is sort of pinned down under the corner of the muscle, and also seems to be developed at a different angle to my shoulder than the right. I have attached these pics of my pecs contracted and resting so you can better see for yourself and give me your advice!

    What kind of chest exercises do u do? Barbell,dumbell,machine?

    Be re-born. haha theres not to much you can do for the way your where put together as in genetics. you can just improve on what you have got. personally i dont see to much of a difference.

    thats just the way it is my friend and to be honest i dont really notice a difference. if YOU notice something the best advice i can probably throw your way, is to focus on your chest exercises. Make sure your form is correct (ie getting a full range of motion) on your flat bench, incline bench, decline bench, and flys. A personal technique of my own is switching it up every week between dumbbells and barbell. If you do those things you will probably start to notice a fuller chest.

    My chest workouts are pretty heavy with almost everything you can imagine included. Here is an example of one of my chest workouts:

    BB Bench Press: 4 sets (12-15, 8-12, 6-10, 3-5)
    DB Inclines : 2 sets x 6-10
    DB Declines : 2 sets x 6-10
    Cable Press : 3 sets x 8-12
    Flat DB Flyes : 2 sets x 12-15
    Cable Flyes : 3 sets x 12-15


    What are your thoughts? Oh, and I know there's not much to judge by in those pics but is anyone able to give me their rough estimate of my BF%?? Thanks again.

    If all i had to worry about was my nipple's I would be doing good. I wouldn't worry about it at all. No one is'nt going to notice anyways.
