First Cycle (Repost following guidelines)
I am 22 years old 6'1" 210 pounds I can sit at around 230 comfortably right now I am going to guess my Body fat percentage is around 15-20 % I haven't been taped in a while
I am on a Lo Carb, High Protein, Medium Fat diet
I am taking 50mg test Propionate Every other day right now
I don't want to get huge I just want to make some increases on endurance, strength and my appearance. Thanks guys sorry about my last post I hope this one is better I need some really good advice.

Some vets will chime in, I hope. Check your ego at the door and listen to these guys. They've been around a long time and know a lot of stuff. Their goal is to keep you from hurting yourself.

You do not need AAS to achieve your goal
Pluss your BF is high so i know ur diet is probably not great... And your age is questionable
How about training hard and sorting your diet out...
Head over to the diet section and post up your goals and diet in there for critique...
