Hi all,
I'm going to be using 25mg of Dbol ED as a kick start for my next cycle while the Test E kicks in. Thing is that Dbol's active life is only 6 - 8 hours (see http://www.steroid.com/Dianabol.php).
Would you then split the dose up over the day or just take it all at once?
I feel like the stat police today LOL
You need to include your stats when asking about AAS
You could be a 12 year old girl for all I know
I didn't feel this question required stats seen as though it is so generic.

To answer ur question, yes split it up as much as you can TBH
However you have stated that your diet is not great and did not include your bodyfat% so i would be intrested in that before you begin this cycle...
It may be worth spending this time to get your diet sorted and reduce your bodyfat level if it is over 12% IMHO
And expecting to gain 20 lbs on a cycle is kind of a big ask... If you try and force it you will end up gaining fat...

With diet it can never be optimal because of my daily work hours (there is no time for meals between breakfast/lunch and lunch/dinner). This being the case I don't think my diet has impacted on my results to date.
Yeah you're probably right there... I gained around 20 (retained 16) after my first cycle of sust 500mg/wk for 10 wks. I guess I was aiming to keep gaines from cycles relatively consistant.Quote:
