    Second cycle advice

    29 yr
    6 foot
    245 lbs
    18%bf guestimate
    1st cycle was test e for 10week

    Looking to drop the bf for summer, but still enjoy being big. Thoughts and advice welcome.

    DBol week 1-4 50mg/ed
    Test E week 1-12 500 to 750mg/week Thoughts ?
    Winni Week 8-12 50mg/ed

    Also any thoghts on adding Deca in here at all?

    Ill be taking cycle assist during and the usuals, multi fish protein

    PCT Research clomid and nolva
    100/50/50/50
    40/20/20/20

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Strongly suggest some HCG and you shouldn't have to use as much Nolva & clomid

    Just my 2 pennies. You really don’t have to add that many compounds to have a successful 2nd cycle. It is better to keep things simple. At your age you could run the Test only again and basing from previous gains either run 500mg or the 750mg weekly.

    10 wks was scant for Enth you may not have gotten the full benefit, and your stats are sketchy.
    Dbol is not for dropping bf, nor is Enth the best cutting choice, Winny is optimally run at 100 mg/ED (divided), and the combo of Clomid and Nolva is overkill.

    No offense, I'm just trying to develop a profile to best assist you, because this reads like a receipe for failure.

    I have some questions:
    • How long have been routinely and effectively lifting?
    • What's your general diet like (great, good, decent, poor)?
    • How much cardio do you perform weekly (mins & intensity)?
    • What were your first cycle results (pre/post body weight & bench press)?
    • How much did you keep - muscle in lbs, and strength on bench?
    • What was PCT (drug and dosage), and for how long?
    • Did you use a scale, i.e. what is your bf guess based on?

    I agree 10 weeks was short but it was my first cycle. I am looking at 12 to 14 weeks for this one. My main goal is to gain and keep 10lbs of muscle while cutting down a little bit of my bf%.
    Ive been lifting for about 10 yrs
    My diet is decent to good
    I dont do much cardio, only jump rope everyday
    First cycle gained 20 lbs and kept 12 lbs and almost all my strength
    PCT was clomid and a test booster
    BF is based on prior military bf% calculations.
