Urologist vs Endo
Already posted this in HRT section but no action. My general MD who took my blood results told me to see a Urologist not an Endo doctor but everyone on this board says see an Endo doctor. What is everyone opinion please

An Endo is a Urologist who has narrowed his field of expertise, and specializes in HPTA and hormones.
I went to a Urologist and got a finger up my ass, then I went to an Endo and got full panel BW.
Wish I had started with the Endo, I would still have been a virgin today.

did the endo know u werent a virgin cuz i got the finger by the endo THEN the uro!!!!!
elapse, i chimed in on your other thread suggesting to call both endo/uro and ask a few questions based on what you want from them and added that an endo should have more overall hormone knowlegde but i have been scripted test from both

I woudl go Endo. They are more sepcific in their feild of hormones, particularly good for the TRT. I use one for my treatment.

Prostate issues, see an urologist.
Diabetic and thyroid problems, see an endocrinologist.
Male reproductive health and dysfunction, see an andrologist.
So, my vote goes to andrologist.
