    too much energy, trouble sleeping, should i train more?

    the juice im on gives me so much energy and i feel like training 24/7 and have troubles sleeping only problem is ive trained everything possible so wtf am i meant to do lol and i dont wanna over train!!!

    yeah taking jack3d thats probly why haha, but i dont take it later then 5pm lol, wake up around 8am ... then try to sleep around 11-12. .... never do cardio ever....
    and its just testosterone.

    waht time do you go to sleep? jack3d few hours before bed isnt ideal.

    also agree with above post. get up earlier. and so some cardio

    mmmmm i train for usually 1 - 1.5 hours thats just resistance training.... wen should i do my cardio? str8 after or different time? like split them up
