There were some periods that i had stopped training but never more than 3 months..
My current training routine is 4 days per week boxing, 2-3 days weight lifting.
Boxing training after weights as for cardio. I don't lift heavy because i don't want to lose speed and stamina.. I try to be explosive when lifting with very short interval between sets. 3-4 exercises, 3 sets of 8-10 reps for every body part. I will add 4 days per week High Octane Cardio ( jumping rope + bodyweight exersices ) first thing in the morning as my goal is to lose bodyfat..
Diet:
Meal 1:
1 whole egg
9 egg whites
50 grams of oatmeal
1 serving multivitamin
1 serving NOW Liver Detoxifier & Regenerator
Meal 2:
50 grams Whey Isolate
5 grams of 3-6-9 fats
Meal 3:
150 grams of chichen breast
150 grams of broccoli
1 serving NOW Liver Detoxifier & Regenerator
Meal 4:
50 grams Whey Isolate
5 grams of 3-6-9 fats
Workout ( 20 min. before 5 grams of glutamine )
Immediately after workout
50 grams of Whey Isolate
50 grams Dextrose
50 grams Maltodextrin
Meal 5:
200 grams of tuna or 200 lean steak
150 grams of broccoli
1 serving multivitamin
1 serving NOW Liver Detoxifier & Regenerator
Meal 6:
50 grams Whey Isolate

Cheat meal once a week on saturday nights when i usually go out to have dinner and have a couple of drinks..
Questions:
I have read almost everywhere that milk is a no when dieting for cutting. What about 0% fat, lactose free milk? Is this ok?
Cycle Plan:
Weeks 1-8: 200mg x 2 ( Monday and Thursday ) Test E = 400 mg per week
Weeks 9-10: 300mg x 2 ( Monday and Thursday ) Test E = 600 mg per week
Weeks 5-8: 20mg x 2 ( Morning and afternoon ) Anavar = 40mg everydayIf you are going ot increase, then run a few more weeks. Just increasing for 2 weeks makes no sense.
Weeks 9-10: 30mg x 2 ( Morning and afternoon ) Anavar = 60mg everyday
Weeks 1-10: 25mg x 2 ( Morning and afternoon ) Proviron = 50mg everyday
Weeks 1-10: 20mg x 2 ( Morning and afternoon ) Nolvadex = 40mg everydaynot needed unless sensitive nips or gyno starts. & then 20 would prob be enough, self dependant
PCT Plan: 2 weeks after last injection of Test E
Day 1 300mg Clomid,GD, way to much IMO, 100 high to me 20mg Nolva, 3 g of Tribulus
Day 2 - 30 100mg Clomid, 20mg Nolva, 3 g of Tribulus
Day 31 - 37 20mg Nolva, 3 g of Tribulus
Questions:
Is proviron and nolvadex a good combo in order to keep estrogen in control from all the angles? Is it ok to add clen to this cycle or is it to much gear for 2nd cycle?
I was thinking to start clen after PCT 2no, you will loose the muscle you worked for, i see below you are wanting to cut. If so, then put clen with cycle and get diet correct. weeks on, 2 weeks off increasing every 3 days by 20 mg reaching the maximum 80mg per day..
I really need help here!
My goal is to drop bodyfat at around 10%. I know it's difficult but i will try my best.. The most important thing for me is to have your thoughts if this is a SAFE cycle and dieting plan. All comments and advice are welcome..
