Second cycle advice, first cycle was crap!

Stats:
36 yrs old
245lbs
15% bf (caliper method)
2.5 years serious training

Ive been dreading having to write this due to the negative responses I'm going to get, but here goes..

Finished my first cycle ever Jan 3rd to Mar 5th (in 3rd week of PCT now). Ran some heavy compounds and lost most gains (down from 260). I ran 10 weeks (Test, Tren, EQ, Winny, Anavar). Crazy, I know but I'm ready to listen now! What should my second cycle look like?

Going to get blood work after 4 week of PCT (Clomid/Nolva) before starting next one!

You should wait awhile before cycling again...

wait 8 weeks after pct to get your blood work, jmo.
all you need is test only and a strong diet.

Should have just went with reliable old Test. I'd suggest waiting another 2 or 3 months, having blood work done, and then starting a Test only cycle. How much did you weigh before you started the cycle? What were your goals? You said you are disapointed that you alot of mass, but when you look at the compounds you were using, it looks like a poor choice cutting cycle. The results of any cycle are from diet and training or lack there of.

Thanks guys, definately not going to jump right back in, although I miss the feeling of being on! Going to run my PCT through the fourth week and get levels checked. You think if the levels are back to norm, I should still wait another 4 weeks?

Also, what kind of Test? Lokking to keep some gains this time around!

Flacco, 235 lbs pre-cycle. Goals were to increase size a bit while dropping BF%.

Again... diet/training determines the gains you keep. You should weight another 8 weeks at least. Time on + pct is recommended. 10 week cycle + 4 week pct = 14 weeks.

Test is Test. Some are quicker acting, some are longer acting.

what are you running for pct and at what dose?

I ran 5 weeks Test Cyp / 5 weeks Test Sus @ 500mg pw. Can I go back to one or the other? I know I can get both easily..
Also, should I up the pw dose to 750mg?

no need to go so high on your second cycle, 500mgs pw is more than enough as flacco is trying to point out your diet is gonna make or brake your cycle.

Flacco, thanks for the advice too. I agree with the diet comment. Got a good plan together when I was trying to lean down natty from the good folks in the diet section. Should have posted back that I started the cycle and fine tuned the plan accordingly. Def going to try and eat more next round, I was just freaked out being my first time and wanted to be super clean with my diet.

I'm going to wait the full 14 weeks and hope to report back to you guys with better news!

Just looking for one last answer: Does it matter what type of test for my second cycle? Already done 1-5 week cyp and 5-10 week sus first time around..

go with cyp or e, not much differance there other than pct start times. e 14 days after last pin, cyp 18 days after last pin.
