Increase intensity or frequency of workouts?

Would like to know if one is blasting on a mild dose of T (300/wk), would it be more beneficial to increase the intensity or the frequency of ones workout? I have been working 1 to 2 muscle groups a day, 6 days a week. I work them really hard (usually 90mins), but that is only hitting each group once a week. Good for full recovery and this has worked well for me. But now on T, recovery times are generally shortened, so should I be going for say a 4-5 day recovery instead? I would like to maximize this cycle for strength and and mostly size. Diet is in check.
