how much and how long should i run tbol....???

i want to add tbol.. how much should i take and for how long??

I would kick start the cycle with tbol. Take it for the 1st four weeks (you could run it 6 if you want). I would start at 60mg ED for week 1 and then up it to 80mg ED for the following weeks if sides aren't to severe. Here's a breakdown:

week 1: 60mg tbol ED
week 2: 80mg tbol ED
week 3: 80mg tbol ED
week 4: 80mg tbol ED

I agree with those dosages and the frontload, and no offense to Imola (I'm a fan of your work), but because of its very low androgenic number you can run Tbol for much longer. Treat it like you would Var 8, 12, 16 weeks with no problems there.

interesting...I hadn't really heard of anyone running tbol longer than 6 weeks. Not that I'm disagreeing with you because I know you know your shit...I appreciate you enlightening me Magic.

Please DO NOT LISTEN to anyone telling you 16 weeks of TBOl at 80mgs is OK, its a ****ing nightmare on your lipids, Ive had blood work after a 7 week cutter showing hdl in the single digits, and ldl through the roof, and i have a great lipid profile off the stuff, not to mention my liver enzymes were triple what they should be, so yes it milder then dbol , but its liver toxic, be safe plenty of threads on tbol and bloodwork, all of them show elevated liver enzymes, which is normal, but 12-16 weeks.....hahaha...joke dont do it, trust me on this one please!!!!

they dont say to take it tho more low dose for a longer period of time? i remember a few years back i ran it for like 10 weeks low dose with winny and clen and got awesome results. i wanna say i was only running like 30mg a day tho
