How affective is it to run hcg post cycle? Just wondering if hcg during pct helps recovery or does it only really work taken during cycle to avoid complete shutdown? I know taking it during a cycle is the best bet but i didnt do that and im now 1 week in to pct running

2500 iu this week and next week then done with hcg. Good pct and everything else :) how were the gains?
gains were good gained 12 lbs but i want to hold on to these gains as i lose them easlily post cycle. Need to know how worth it it is to run after cycle and what the doses should be
Eating big and training hard is the best way to keep your gains post cycle. I would've run the HCG towards the end of the cycle and right up until PCT... but not during PCT. 250 iu's 2x a week would've been my recommendation. Now that the cycle is over and PCT has begun... I would stay away from the HCG and see how successful your PCT is first.
ok thanks ill make sure hcg is in with my next cycle. But untill then ill see how what i got is going to work. I continue to eat 4000 cals per day and maintian through pct but once i stop pct i notice the effects of losing gains like my body doesnt want me to be over 200 lbs.
