Anavar/Clen are legal in USA?

Does anyone know if Anavar and Clenbuterol are legal in the States (since they are not stoids). And if employers test for these two products?

anavar is a steriod and is legal only if you have a prescription. and as far as i know clen is not legal either. i don't see an employer testing for these two

Anavar is legal with a prescription, my buddies grandma got it for treatment of some type of muscle disease. I cant remember what it is called.
