1 cycle of dbol/test for 10 weeks started august 2010
This is now my second cycle, started 3/1. 4 weeks of dbol to kick start and 400 mg of test/week.
Prop is better for cutting, but enth works. You should run it longer this time, at least 12 wks. You didn't cite your 1st cycle dosage, but 500 mg is more effective especially for a 2nd cycle.
I started this cycle at 184 and have gotten up to 199-202lbs. I'm happy with the amount of muscle but just really want to lean up soon before the cycle is over... I feel like the test stacked with either clen or eca stack will help retain muscle while burning fat.
Neither Clen nor ECA helps you retain muscle, but there are no muscle retention issues when you're on Test - you couldn't be more anabolic!
My goal is to be about 185-190lbs 8-9% BF.
I was thinking of week 8 to begin either clen or eca stack and change my diet around similar to keto.
The ketogenic diet has some serious shortcomings. Might I suggest not going full keto? Keep carbs in your diet with daily fruits and vegetables, and mix others in intermittently every X# of days, it's called carb cycling. These additions will keep your energy and glucose levels up, as well as help with regularity.
Is this a bad idea for my goal? Also what dosage for the clen because I have never taken it....
Start with 20 mcg on day one, then increase by the same amount daily to between 120-160 mcg. It can be run indefinitely, and there's no need to taper down. Be sure to read the Clen profile (virtually doubles as an Ephedra one), Clen is stronger per mg, but Eph is also very efffective and has milder sides.
