    ED pinning of Prop

I'm pinning everyday in my glutes switching sides. Well, they're not that big lol and I'm running outta room with hitting a sore spot. What are my options here? Is it ok to pin a spot still sore from two days ago? I injected into my quad once with T500 and it swole up to the point of not being able to bend it or even pinch the skin. Ideas!?!

You need more injection sites in your rotation!

Pecs, delts, quads, lats are some of my favorites.

Honestly, I haven't pinned glutes in a long time.

New sites will be sore for a day or two, but it will go away.

I'm just afraid from what happened last time. I'm a mechanic by trade and need to be able to bend and use all my arms and legs.

Pinned my left delt this AM. Already hurts, we'll see how it goes. Was more difficult to do the in the glutes, lots of needle movement!
