I decided to train through the summer and start my first 12 week cycle in August (note this date is not set in stone, i have some personal records i want to achieve before hopping on.) This is going to be a cut cycle.
My stats are:
Age: 24
Weight: 176
BF%: 13
Height - 5'8''
What I plan on running:
Weeks 1 - 12Test Base (not sure which form and how much)
Anavar (50mg) Weeks 4 - 10
PCT: Unsure
Also, what advice do you guys have for preparation for my cycle. As I said, this cycle is months away, no point rushing into this seeing as this is my first cycle
