Using HCG for 11 weeks

Im currently using HCG at 250iu twice a week i've read here http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...-A-with-Swifto.... that i should take a 2 to 3 week break while on it if you have used it between 8-10 weeks im going to be using it for 11 weeks when in my cycle would be the best time to take a break or should i just run my cycle 1 less week? It states in swifto thread to use*HCG 250ius 2-3 times/wk (on cycle). Any suggestion by people knowledgeable on the subject and what would work best?

IMO One week will not make a difference. and IMO 11 will not be to many

It just heard anything over 10 weeks you need a break of 2 to 3 weeks in between.

Your call to make. Either way i dont think it will matter much. error on the safe side. If you have been on for 10 weeks and it was good stuff, you then shouldn't need one more week.
