What to do with missed injection??

I am shooting test e 250mg on a Monday and Thursday... Yesterday I missed my shot ao should I just shoot tonight and Thursday or now change to Tuesday and Friday?

Also, yesterday wud of been my 7th shot and I'm up 8 pounds, sound about right?

Up 8lbs after only 7 shots? What is that 3 weeks? No that doesnt sound right...the test hasnt even kicked in yet.

Ye, but my cals have increased quite a bit, I'm also taking anavar at 70mg and hcg at 500ius...

Take your shot ASAP. Just stay on your normal routine...your fine.

Don't try to make the missed shot up by doing a double dosage. You're asking for sides.
