    Hcg - how long before it's dead?

    Oops, I have left my mixed hcg out the fridge for about the last hour... Is that ok or is it ruined? Maybe 90 mins?

    No its fine. What did you mix your HCG with..sterile water or BAC water?

    I've done that before too. It was in an insulated lunchbox though so it stayed relatively cool.

    it will be fine. one thing people usually don't consider though is how ineffective hCG is after about 35-40 days after constitution. it loses it's "potency" very quickly after this time frame
