what age did you guys start bodybuilding ??
i started at 21 and am 24 now, i love the thought of getting very sereous about it and taking it further but cant help but think have i left it too late and am i going to be too old to possibly become anything ?? might sound stupid.

Imo anyone using aas under the age of 25 are foolish.....

The potential health risks are far to serious and can be massively reduced by waiting until your body has fully developed...

I started lifting at 16, but I am not huge. Your concern is to "possibly become something" so I assume you want to be a pro bodybuilder? If not, just keep doing what you are doing.

i did my 1st cycle at 30, a simple and basic test e 500mg per week cycle. Man i gained a lot of water weight on that cycle. Now i stick to test p only as a base.

I started my first "cycle at 35 but had to cut short through injury. I then ran a few (not many) during my forties. I have done two or so in my fifties so far and hope to do one later this year. I am 56 and my "advices" is to be patient and wait until you have gone as far as naturally possible before you gear up!!

No jokes i know people that started using from the age of 13 and up. Quite a few 14, 15 and 16 year olds that use. It aint uncommon for people to be using at young ages where im from.

I was stupid to take prohormones when I was a teen I took some test when I was 21 I was dumb cycling at that age not having the proper base I could have just trained natty and gotten the same results and not damaged my body, so yes I regret starting that early but you live and learn.

When I was in high school, there were a few guys on my wrestling team who were running deca during the season solo. I personally was too afraid to start pinning myself back then so I dodged the bullet (probably for the best) until I was around 27 or 28.

^^^ people make mistakes and learn from them... then they try to help others not make the same mistake. He prob suffered the consequences of that and hates to see others be as dumb as him... I dont see that as hypocritical just passing down knowlege/experience.

17, was given M1T's and told they were a test booster. When I found out what they were I threw them out after about a month being on. I actually gained about 10-15 lbs and kept most of it, and didnt really get any noticable sides from them. Had test checked about a year later and was high and was back gaining a couple months later. If I could go back in time I obviously wouldnt have done them though.

i was 21 when i did my first cycle, 200mgs of deca /test
was lifting 7 yrs prior, including powerlifting in college

2nd cycle when i was 28
3rd cycle,now, and im 32

i can say without a doubt, my first cycle was by far was the biggest emotional rollercoaster ive ever been on
mental maturity,imo, played a big role in that
