Low dose test cycle check plz critique

    stats
    31 yrs/190lbs/12% bf
I have been lifting good for 10 years
I train mma 5-6 times a week and do hit 2-3x a wk
I have ran 4 cycles in the past, the last one about 5 years ago.
im hoping to gain about 10 lbs muscle and drop some bf.
    Diet and exercise is solid.

    here's what im thinking

    10 wks
    1-10 test e 300mg wk
    1-10 deca 200mg wk
    1-10 hcg 250iu 2x a wk
    nolva 10 mg ed
    clomid pct 50mg days 1-14, 25mg days 15-31

do any of you have experience on a similar cycle?

Run your test 2 weeks longer than your deca allowing time for the deca to clear and to aid in recovery.
i serm with a 19nor is inadiquit pct. nolva should be run as well. deca can be tough to recover from i suggest a 5 week pct
    clomid 100/100/50/50/50
    nolva 40/40/20/20/20

    deca seems low
maybe consider 250mgs test and 400mgs deca. the idea is to add enough test to keep your labido going and allowing the deca to do the work for building muscle.
