    Injecting quads

    My quads are the least painful for injection so i want to know what are the different place you can inject into ?

    I pin around the middle to outer of the quad

    Can you pin your tear drop ok ?

    how high and low can you go on the quads ?

    how much inner and how much outer on the quads ?
