    AAS and competitive sport

Hey guys, I'm a part time competitive swimmer but also love my weights.... I have cycled a few times before but never through comp season!

My question is this, If i run a cycle through my comp season can it effect my aerobic endurance in anyway? I'm an endurance open water swimmer so i'm curious about how AAS will effect my performance in the water? I only ever run 10 - 12 weeks of test.....

yes and no. there are some compounds out there that will benefit your endurance. however, if your'e trying to put on muscle, the extra lean muscle mass will increase the caloric expenditure of everything you do, ultimately making you a less efficient swimmer
