All that being said 300mg of test / week might not be enough to see strong gains at your age. I'm sure you WILL see gains but you should probably bump it up to 500mg / week.

You should run it at atleast 400mg a week...500mg is the sweet spot for my self and most people. I ran 375mg my first cycle and the gains were good but nothing magic...ran 500mg my second cycle and BOOM! grew likea weed!
What can you expect on 500mg?
week 1 - Higher then normal libido
week 2 - small amount of water weight gain and major libido boost!!
week 3 - much like week 2
week 4 - strength starts to go up, muscle feels more full, libido is out of control!, not as sore after workouts, gains few more pounds
week 5-10 - Strength shoots through the roof!, gain about 2-3lbs a week, energy is up!
pct - you feel like shit lol tired and shity!
i would say that is pretty good (for the positive effects).. but there are negative ones while on cycle too, including risk of estrogen related sides (gyno if you are fat or predisposed, bloat, acne, mood swing, etc) those should start to become evident around week 3-4 if you are going to get them.Quote:
