Arimidex vs HCG

So its said to take HCG during cycle to keep from total shut down and faster recovery. Well if Arimidex is shown to raise natural test levels by over 50% would it have the same effect as HCG with eliminating total shutdown and making for faster recovery?

Two different drugs working in completly different ways. HCG has the LH in it which keeps your testies producing some test while on a synthetic. Airmidex is a AI (aromatose inhibitor) it working by keeping your body form aramatosing test into estrogen, which is what your body will do when you have too much test.
