question on vials

I transferred gear to a 50ml vial . And probably squeezed in air also.would that affect gear in any way because I once read of ppl adding another needle to vials while adding.

you're supposed to put a 2nd needle in when transferring from vial to vial to relieve pressure. it wont effect the gear at all, just unscrew a needle off of a syringe and stick it in the stopper to balance out the pressure if you really feel the need to.
