Test Cyp/Deca cycle-A.I.Help

need some advice guys...fixin to start my cycle and was wondering about the aromasin i will be taking for my A.I. Does everyone take it everyday or EOD.just curious,im trying to get my estrogen level down before i start my cycle cause its really high right now,but after i get it under control,im just wondering what would be the best program to use when taking my aromasin when on cycle,i would appreciate any help all,thanks

yes i would say start at EOD at 12.5mg and see how you do

i use aromasin at 5mg ed on cycle personally, but have used it at 10mg eod and 12.5mg eod with good success.

Low estro can be bad also.You dont want to over do it.The body needs estro.I would start out eod and see how you feel.Your body will let you know.You can read the sticky on estro control.

Agreed with songdog, just use enough AI to control excess don't get carried away. Everyone is different I am currently running a very large amount of Cyp and Deca both and did not even use an AI till about week 5 and even now wk 9, I am only using 1.25mg of Letrozole every third day or so its definately an individual thing. Myself I never get as far as noticing any nipple tenderness or growth/swelling, I just start to get a little emotional and hold fluid and I know its time to add an AI to the mix.

Its all about finding what works best for you and every one is different, im running test/tren and 12.5mgs twice a week is working very well for me...

well my estrogen level right now is 125.6pg/ml out of the range of 5-66pg/ml...way to friggin high,what i need to do is get it down to close to normal between 20-30pg/ml....and then i want to start my cycle of deca /test...but ive got to ge it down first,i was told to start the aromasin at 25mg/day for a few days until i start to feel better and then back down to 12.5mg/day to level it off and keep it under control,then how long between intervals to take it ED or EOD etc,i dont want to bottom my estrogen out,just keep it in the normal range
