Age?
Height?
Weight?
Bf%
Weightlifting experience?
Aas Experience?
Do that for me, and we can think about answering your question.

Hey cheers. sorry was a bit vague in the 1st post, I'm 21 5'9" weigh just under 17 stone And my bf level is quite high at the moment (let myself go got lazy and what not) I'm not obese but I'm not at my ideal weight, I've never been lighter than 15 stone. I'm back at the gym at least 3 times a week now doing more weight training than cardio mostly But I'm starting back at muay Thai twice a week aswell. Sorry for being a noob but what's aas?
