I wouldnt say so...
Many national level bodybuilders start with a head full of hair, by the time there pro there bald.
If your genecticly programed to start losing your hair at say 50 using steroids may sped that process up and it may start years earlier
definately not.....
My 1st tren cycle and subsequent cycles with dbol and such didn't cause hairloss..... couple years later and I noticed my hairline was receiding a bit.....

I IMO I would say your 100% safe from hairloss once you have no more hair to loose.
I think the DHT slowly clogs up your hair follicles so it will speed up the natural process if you are prone to going bald.
IMO it all comes down to genetics. AAS will only speed up what is genetically already planted in you.
