    Buying Gear

I was talking to a good friend of mine and I was telling him I want to come over to the "Dark Side". He told me he gets his stuff from a guy who makes his own stuff and has been making it for years. Is this safe? He told me he was taking some Sustanon 250 and his first injection left a large ball at the injection site due to the oil is this normal?

Homebrew gear is as safe as the guy making it is sterile and cautious, oil build up at the injection site is normal

While I would agree with this for the most part, if the shot was injected correctly there should not be a large ball at the injection site. While this could be caused by bad injection technique it could also be caused by some crap ass brew that was coming out of solution at the injection site instead of being properly absorbed by the muscle.

    look at it another way...

i only use pharm grade gear to pin. I have NEVER developed a ball at the injection point.

I wouldn`t trust home brewed gear myself. UGL stuff can be sketchy as it is.

What's the real difference between a homebrewer and UGL?
One just makes stuff on a larger scale and probably cares less about the finished product (because he isn't using it and is just trying to get rich quick).

Very true. I'd like to think the UGL has more experience and better access to equipment but in all likelihood they could be making it in the basement out of a garbage can.

If you can find someone you TRUST who KNOWS how to homebrew properly its probably as safe or safer than an UGL. That being said most of my shit comes from a UGL.

It would be nice to get pharma grade gear. Just can't afford most of it. I've been home brewing my stuff for a while. The home brew forum on this board is fantastic. I've gotten great results from my home brew. UGL? I'm hoping they take as much care to brew their stuff as I do.
