Havent done either of those compounds, but some would req eod shots of prop..
agree with warren on the EOD with prop, but the weekly dose and length of the cycle does look very good in my opinion. and for the "lean mass" goal, this is also a pretty good cycle choice.
if you don't mind, what are your goals with weight/BF% and have you ran either of these before?
ah okay, well that is a very realistic goal. especially if you get your diet and cardio routines down. personally i would stick with the prop > sustanon, but that is just because they are both shorter esters. the half-life of sustanon is quite a bit longer than NPP's.. and again, 8 weeks is what i would definitely recommend

I would 100% not run a cycle at your body fat. You are crazy. Obviously you have a diet problem, you need to figure that out first. Not to be harsh just trying to look out.
Hate to say it brutha but at 21% bf you don't need clen/anavar, you are obviously doing something wrong and need to fix that first. You need to have everything in check before messing with clen. I could almost go along with the var, but definately not the clen.
