    Lightbulb Comment this npp stack!!

    goals : lean mass


    Nandrolone Phenyl Propionate (NPP) --W1-8: NPP 200mg E3D
    Test Prop /sustanon --W 1-10 200mg E3D
    Vitamin B6 ED 200mg thoroughout the cycle and pct


    can anyone suggest a better one??or some advices??

    Havent done either of those compounds, but some would req eod shots of prop..

    agree with warren on the EOD with prop, but the weekly dose and length of the cycle does look very good in my opinion. and for the "lean mass" goal, this is also a pretty good cycle choice.

    if you don't mind, what are your goals with weight/BF% and have you ran either of these before?

    I am 5,7 180 lbs. Bf 20-22 %(((
    I ve done 3 cycles so far but not with these compounds.
    I want to inc my lean mass with bf reduction (diet nd exercise are clean)

    ah okay, well that is a very realistic goal. especially if you get your diet and cardio routines down. personally i would stick with the prop > sustanon , but that is just because they are both shorter esters. the half-life of sustanon is quite a bit longer than NPP's.. and again, 8 weeks is what i would definitely recommend

    So i edited my cycle:
    Week 1-6 NPP EOD 150 mg
    Week 1-8 test prop 150 mg EOD

    I would 100% not run a cycle at your body fat. You are crazy. Obviously you have a diet problem, you need to figure that out first. Not to be harsh just trying to look out.

    Then I will stick with an anvar/clen cycle nd bring my bf to 15%

    Hate to say it brutha but at 21% bf you don't need clen /anavar , you are obviously doing something wrong and need to fix that first. You need to have everything in check before messing with clen. I could almost go along with the var, but definately not the clen.

    I gained bf when I was injured with multiple fractures nd cudnt train fr almost an year(
