Additionally, I'd say if you haven't been seriously working out with a quality routine, including 6+ clean "weight lifting" meals a day, then you probably are not ready.
PCT = Post cycle therapy, and is something you ALWAYS do after a cycle, which at a minimum, would be 20mg of Nolva for a minimum (preferably longer) of 4 weeks. Without PCT, you could experience some "female" side effects. Do your homework, and you will discover what i am talking about.
