    Beginner/ First time user/ Novice Going to do my first cycle very soon. NEED HELP!

    Hello everyone, I'm an absolute beginner to this world of anabolic steroids . I'm going to do my very first cycle so need some good advice. Just recently I bought some oral Winstrol because a friend recommended them and I thought that would be all I need. But before I took them I thought I would go online and learn about what I was about to put into my body. And have found out there is so much more to it and a better way to start my first cycle. I have done a bit of research, it is just hard to decide what to start with because there seems to be a lot of different opinions on the internet.

    My stats are -
    Age: 24
    Height: 191 cm
    Weight: 95 kg
    Body Fat: 15%

    My goals for the first cycle is to gain lean mass. So I'm not interested in blowing up as big as I can get at this stage, I just want considerable gains while keeping a fairly low body fat percentage.

    Should I stack the Winstrol orals I have already bought with an injectable such as Primo? I have read that you can experience awesome results from the first cycle so I want to make the most of it and do it properly.

    Please help. Any advice and opinions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    What's your diet and workout regimen look like? How long have you been lifting consistently?

    IMO there is no need for winstrol unless competing, some do get some hardness and lean gains, but it can be murder to joints.
    There is no need for the fancy shet when first starting. no need for multiple compounds. look at test 1st, understand diet has a lot to do with quality of gains, and know what PCT is. OH, forgot E control. You need to read a bit more my friend.

    So much wrong. Firstly, Testosterone should be the only compound used on a first cycle. Secondly,y ou have no PCT shown. At your height you can still gain weight & lean mass naturally, get your diet fixed & in order otherwise you will not keep your gains.

    Assuming your post correlates to your knowledge of steroids, I would assume your Winstrol isn't probably real, and I would heavily reccommend doing some research and reading the stickies on this fourm first and continue to train and eat properly then in a year or two do a cycle if it was necessary.

    I would say I have intermediate training experience. Ive been training consistently for the past 4 years and alternate between training routines, swapping from 3 and 4 day splits to full body routines to lower/upper body splits etc and do 8 week and 12 week training cycles.. I also manipulate reps, sets, rest and all that. So I am pretty up to scratch as far as training goes.

    My diet is also consistently good. My work daily structure allows me to eat 6 full cooked meals a day, so i space my calorific intake out over the 6 meals and consume the adequate protein/carbs/fat that I need. As I said in the first post my goals are to gain lean mass and reduce body fat so I am eating all my high carb meals in the first 3 meals of the day with lean protein, and high protein with moderate fat meals in the last 3 meals of the day. I eat fruits for simple sugars before and after workouts. I take Sunday as a cheat day and I usually eat big restaurant food and snacks (this day takes the stress out of sticking to a diet for me)

    Test only and proper PCT with your first cycle,you will regret it if you dont man,seriuosly

    I think EVERYONE is correct on this one. Test should ALWAYS be your first cycle. Probably forget about the winnie, it just aint worth it, for me anyways. Many experience a drying in the joints resulting problems with knees, shoulders and elbows.

    You are still a little bit on the young side for aas, but you are close.

    Additionally, I'd say if you haven't been seriously working out with a quality routine, including 6+ clean "weight lifting" meals a day, then you probably are not ready.

    PCT = Post cycle therapy , and is something you ALWAYS do after a cycle, which at a minimum, would be 20mg of Nolva for a minimum (preferably longer) of 4 weeks. Without PCT, you could experience some "female" side effects. Do your homework, and you will discover what i am talking about.

    Testosterone Cypionate or Testosterone Enanthate for your first cycle IMO. Normally stretching it to a 10 - 12 week cycle dosed at 350 - 500 mg / week is the normal recommendation.

    Thanks everyone! From everything you all have said and from the further reading I have done online its pretty clear now that Testosterone is the basis for all cycles. For PCT what type or brand would you guys recommend? People at the gym are telling me to get Pregnyl but that it's really hard to get... I'm not even going to think about starting my first cycle until I have all the stuff I need to do it properly

    I don't know TR, there are some serious negative issues with test only. I'm hornier than usual and gaining muscle on it. But as soon as I figure out what those negatives are I'll let you know.

    you should post your current diet in the diet section and see if they can get it on point before you start your cycle. I'm thinking you should get your body fat down a bit before you start your bulk.

    alot of the pct's im seeing consist of clomid at the end of your cycle with a daily intake of 10-20mg of nolva daily throughout. others i hear say to take the nolva with the clomid, im a bit confused.
