    New cycle tomorrow. Any input from experienced guys also welcome

    190lbs
    12% bf
    10 years training exp
    this will be my 5th cycle
    500mg sus a week 10 weeks
    400mg eq a week 10 weeks
    50mg dbol ed 4 weeks (split in 2 25mg does ed)
    liquid nolv ed 10 weeks
    pct- hcg - 20 mg nolv-
    Vitamin ed- liv52, milk thistle, multi, and vitamin e
    I know im not running very much eq but my body has always responded well to these type of doses. Any input guys?

    5th cycle and 6' 190??? Id say you need more advice on your diet.

    Why are you running nolva durring your cycle insead of an AI?

    You should run 2 serms in your PCT and run the HCG on cyle.

    Hopefully we'll see u in the diet section before you run your gear

    Because this is what my source recommend. My diet is good. Im a very hard gainer and just to maintain staying at 190 all I freaking do is eat and eat then eat some more

    Check out our PCT forum. A pretty standard PCT would look like this:

    4-5 weeks of nolva 40/20/20/20/20
    4-5 weeks of clomid 100/50/50/50/50 (watch out for the blurry vision that first week)

    Hcg should be ran on cycle to avoid testicular atrophy, minimum 250iu 2Xweekly

    Have you firgured up your BMR/TDEE? Are you familiar with those terms, If not you should google them

    Base metabolic rate (calories you'd burn in a day sittin on your ass)
    Total daily energy expenditure (based on your bmr multiplied by a level of activity standard)

    Just sayin, posting your diet in the diet section can't hurt, Lots of people are hard gainers till they learn what to eat and when to eat it to achieve thier goals

    Thanks scotty I see you posted in another one of my threads also. Im going to check out the diet section for sure. Also figure out bmr/tdee. Thanks for the advice on pct it very much appreciated

    best getting your advice in here mate, most sources are full of shit. 99% of ppl will tell you eq is a total waste even at high dosages. try deca @ 400-500mg with your sust and stretch the sust out to 12wks and deca 10wks. 30-40mgs of dbol pd should be enough for anyone
