Test E 400mg per week...
So I bumped my TRT from 100mg up to 400mg per week. Starting week 3 today not really seeing much in the way of 'changes', no sides, no increase in strength. Wondering if I should bump up the dosage or wait it out. What should I realistically expect from 400mg per week? Typically speaking that is?

Are you on medically prescribed trt? or just self medicating? Sounds like you have no clue what you are doing. Test E takes 5+ weeks to really feel anything.

if you just got on doctor prescribed trt and are messing with dose you gonna blow up your spot.

Hey I`m just trying to make you realize you made a pretty big mistake, you cant run 400mg/week forever anyways, well atleast you couldn`t do it without serious health risks in the long run.

I will keep at my current dosage and wait it out. 400mg/week should produce some reasonable results? All things being correct that is...ie diet, workout, supplements.

your basically on trt/blast. nothing wrong with that, i do it myself. give it afew weeks, from now on if you want faster kick off, use a dbol or drol kickstart or inject prop instead

Also I was orignally thinking of an 8 week 'blast'. Considering the fact I wont see any real 'improvement' until the 4th or 5th week...would 10 weeks be more appropriate? Thank you!

you could do 10 or 12.Most do on long esters.But 400mgs is fine bro.

just dont go get blood test done anytime soon after you drop back down cause shell take your prescription away

You are on a longer Ester, give it time. As dec11 said above if you want fast results from Test then go with Prop. Keep it consistent

Week 5...added 20# to my bench 'work sets' (6 reps) last night from the week before! Added 10# to dumbell inclines! Feeling gooood!

I hate being patient waiting for the long esters to kick in! Glad to hear your frustration is over and you are seeing gains.
