Ignore the advice above, he will be gone by tomorrow. Another short lived newbie trying to give advice.

Sorry but there is not replacement for hard work. Your diet needs more tweaking and you need to step up the cardio. Check out the diet section for some good advice.

If you run a cycle now you are more prone to bloating, water weight, gyno and other sides you dont want. Adding clen IMO is not a good idea either. With the higher body fat you risk higher blood pressure. If you do use it start out very moderately and keep an eye on the heart rate.

    Thanks for your replay Lovbyts,

To give more background on my story

I know 20% fat still high and that is why I want to lower it much more but pleaseeeeeee keep in mind that one year a go I was obese at 37% fat and I been working really hard 20 minutes running, then weights and then 30 laps swimming 4 times a week.. I also change my diet dramatically and I eliminated all junk food about a year ago.. drink my protein shake after work out and even that I love chicken wings I haven't have even one for like 6 months... I am not an 18 years old looking for an easy way to get rip I am a almost 30 men who want to look good for this summer..

I know that diet is sooo important and that is why I eat organics as much as I can.. I don't deep fry anything and eat only good carbs.. In my car a carry meals supplement like peanuts, dry fruits without additives ( i noticed that here in north America even the fruits come with added sugar!!!) some of my friends say that I run and swim like I am running away from the police!! hehehe

but my body doesn't fully help me ( I easily gain weight and bulk up if need it but is not what I want..... I lost 36 pounds of fat but I still far away from how I want to look and even If i can see my self rip once in my life it will be worth.. please help me finding a way... I dont want to be hugeeeee I just want to look rip and fit. my stats again are

    Before Now

    27 year 29
    5'10 5"10
    236lbs 197
    37bf 20%

I'm I reading that right I see about 4000 cals a day, was this diet designed when you were 236lbs? That is way too much cals for a cut. Also processed foods such as bread and cereals are not ideal bb foods. Can I suggest you head over to the diet section and restructure a new diet with the appropriate macros to fit your tdee. You'll probaly start dropping the weight with some simple tweaks.

Looks like you have been doing your research and made some good progress. Besides tweaking the diet a little more how many times a day do you eat? One of the biggest differences I found was simply changing from eating 3x a day to 6x+ a day. After a while a couple of months your body gets use to not being hungry and stops storing fat. I was 5' 8" 210 lbs and had not worked out in years (45) I dropped down to 170 in a little over 3 months by mostly changing how I ate and how often. I only worked out very light. Now I'm fighting to get above 185 lbs eating 6x+ a day doing very little cardio but in the gym 5x a week 1+ hr a day. I also only work one body part a day. It has worked really good for me so far.
