just wanted to know how long to leave it before next stack, just finished oral oxymeth, next planned stack is intro nandrolone, ive left 6-7wks between oral stacks but what about movng to injection?

You need to stop what you doing because you have no idea how to cycle properly,
cycle + pct = time off,
oral oxy isnt a wise choice, neother is nandrolone only.
Read the education threads before cycling again.
